home sweet home

the good side of the current housing market:
low interest rates and lower home prices mean... more house that a young couple can afford, including...
4 bedrooms, granite counter tops, wood floors, architectural trim and moldings...
ahh... home sweet home for my young couple!

hooray! They accepted our offer!
